Tax Relief & Resolution

Fortress Financial Services advocates on your behalf to defend your rights and negotiate favorable terms with the tax authorities so that you can come to a tax resolution.

Fortress Attorneys

The representation that you receive is only as good as the representative to whom your case is assigned.  With many of the larger tax resolution firms around the United States, you have no idea to whom your case will be assigned.  A common practice in the tax resolution industry is to have cases handled by a “case manager” who is neither licensed nor authorized to practice before the taxing authorities.  Firms who use “case managers” usually have one or more licensed professionals on staff.  However, it can be difficult or impossible to actually speak to one of their licensed professionals.  Worse yet, the licensed professional may have little or no oversight of your case.  Turnover among unlicensed “case managers” can be high, so your case can be shuffled from one representative to another, again and again.  This often results in high fees, poor service, and no results.

With Fortress, not only is every case personally handled by a licensed professional, it is handled by an attorney who has extensive experience in handling back tax cases.  If you want to speak with the attorney handling your case, all you have to do is pick up the phone.  You won’t chance having your case handled by an inexperienced, incompetent or, even, unlicensed representative.  The risk of your case being transferred from one representative to another, again and again, is virtually nonexistent.  Instead, your case will be personally handled by one of our following licensed attorneys.
